  I had to wait 40 minutes for fingerprinting and to notarize my form even with a scheduled appointment. If they are not able to keep their appointments, they should schedule them farther apart.
  On top of that she kept telling me I had to wait longer, until I told her I could not wait any longer and that I needed it done NOW.
  I understand that she was busy helping lots of people, but she continued to serve people who kept skipping the line instead of those of us with an appointment.
